BODYBARRE ABROAD 2026:

THE PAINTED ISLAND ESCAPE

October 7th through 11th, 2026

There are landscapes that demand your presence.

Where stone has outlived empires.
Where water mirrors the sky in perfect stillness.
Where the jungle breathes around you.
Where history is not remembered, but felt.

The Painted Island Escape invites you into that kind of place.

A private lagoon sanctuary surrounded by dense green canopy and centuries of story.

Wooden walkways lit by lantern light. Dockside sunsets. Suites suspended over water.

Refined dining. Sacred artifacts. Culture woven into every detail.

BodyBarre is reserving the entire property for our retreat community.

Completely private. Immersive. Elevated.

Each late morning begins with intentional movement overlooking the lagoon. Strength, length, breath and grounding. A ritual before the day unfolds.

Afternoons are yours.

Paddle across glassy water. Explore ancient ruins that rise from the jungle floor. Wander vibrant streets rich with color and history.

Join us for a gentle breath work or stretch class, or retreat into the spa and let your body soften.
